swissCFO provides web-based tools designed to assist Swiss businesses with financial administration tasks, including but not limited to:
The Service is intended for professional use by businesses, fiduciaries, and finance professionals operating in or with Switzerland.
Certain tools are available free of charge up to a defined usage limit (currently 10 free uses per tool, tracked via browser storage for anonymous users or via your account for registered users). Beyond the free tier, credits are required.
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Invoice processing in our tools is performed entirely client-side in your browser. Invoice files and the financial data they contain are not transmitted to or stored on swissCFO servers.
Account and usage data (email, credit balance, usage counts) are stored in our backend (Xano). Payments are processed by Stripe. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All content, software, and tools on swissCFO are the property of swissCFO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
PAIN.001, CAMT.053, and related format specifications are standards published by SIX Group and ISO. swissCFO claims no ownership over these standards.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated payment files before submitting them to your bank.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, swissCFO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to payment errors, bank rejections, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. swissCFO is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes to these terms by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
